Decorating their enclosures with foliage, caves, and logs will help them feel safe and offer enrichment. The minimum terrarium size for an adult house snake is a 40 gallon tank. They do well with a hot spot of ~90 degrees F, an ambient temperature of 75 degrees F, and a humidity level of 50%. This humidity level can easily be achieved with a water bowl and proper substrate like Eco Earth, ReptiSoil, or Coco.
